Idea of the Week #27: Rainbow Handwriting Award

This post has been removed. As it stated on the Idea of the Week main page, the ideas are only being posted for one week. Hence, the title: Idea of the Week.

Idea of the Week Hiatus

I need to take a break from the Idea of the Week postings.

The Class Cards iPhone app is really starting to ramp up and it's taking a major portion of my time. In addition to fine tuning the functions and features so that it ends up being what I want it to be, I'm also having to create the graphics, produce a user's guide, and develop a new web site to support the teachers who will be using it.

Something had to give, and I'm afraid it had to be Idea of the Week.

My hope is that I'll have it up and running in August. If so, I'll be happy. I've learned, though, that when it comes to the completion of projects, I usually under-estimate how much time is needed. Consequently, I decided to give myself a bit of a cushion and avoid the stress of unrealistic deadlines.

Regards,
Rick
